Shoutout to the barista who made this: Strawberry Dragonfruit + Pink Pineapple Refresher with Green Tea, add Dragonfruit pieces Staff is very respectful, especially when you ask for add ons and customizations, my local Dunkin is in Oak Creek, and they aren’t they nicest ☹️ Keep up the great work! You guys are the only ones who can actually make my drink right! 🤣

I do not recommend this place, even though they have opened an ice cream section. The girl working there was talking on her phone (earbuds). My son ordered a milkshake with a "Dubai chocolate" topping, but what he received was pure milk—it couldn't even be called a milkshake. False advertising.

Glazed Blueberry Donut: Knowing my personal preferences, this doughnut looks terrible on paper. I’m not big of fruity desserts, it’s a cake doughnut (I prefer yeast), and it’s from Dunkin’(DD). Overall, DD has been more miss than hit for me. What’s worse is with DD being as numerous as they are in my area, they are often the only type of doughnuts brought to work meetings and social events. Honestly, my visit to this Dunkin’ was really frustrating 😕 I ordered a large latte, but I was given a medium by mistake. When I politely mentioned the issue, I expected them to remake the drink properly ☕ Instead, the employee simply poured the same latte into a larger cup and filled the rest with ice 🧊 That left me with a watered-down coffee that definitely didn’t taste right. I paid extra for a large drink and didn’t actually receive one. The whole situation felt careless and unprofessional 🙄 Customer service and drink quality should matter more than this.
