Classic American fine dining. Came here with my family for an early dinner after a show at the Playhouse, and made a reservation online in advance. We split a holland America farms Bibb lettuce salad and the beet salad to start; the salads were on the small side and meant for 1-2. We tried a few dishes here and overall had a really good experience. The NY steak and bone marrow were great — rich, flavorful, and really well prepared. The steak was cooked nicely with a good sear, and the bone marrow had that deep, buttery richness that made it feel like a treat. The short ribs, though, were a bit too heavy for my taste. They were definitely tender and flavorful, but the richness built up quickly and felt a little overwhelming after a few bites. Everyone in our family party enjoyed their steaks, which was impressive. All the steaks were 20yrs+ aged. Service was great on refilling hot waters to more. $8 valet takes credit card or cash.
