Ordered a large hot Carmel macchiato, medium iced Carmel macchiato and 1/2 dozen donuts through the drive thru. Hot coffee had more foam than it did coffee. Only about half full with coffee. Iced coffee had more milk and creamer than it did coffee. My fiancée took it back in to have them remake the drinks and they were Very rude and laughed saying it would be the same thing if they remake it. The drinks are garbage and we went around the corner to Starbucks to get a decent coffee. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’

I used to really enjoy coming to this location. Past employees were lively and friendly. Since remodeling, the last few visits I’ve made, current employees are rude and service is insanely slow, with only car in the drive through. I wait up to 15 minutes for a burnt sandwich and not full drink.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. The customer service was extremely poor staff came across as rude, impatient, and uninterested in helping customers. Simple questions were met with attitude, and there was a clear lack of professionalism. It felt like customers were more of a bother than a priority. A friendly greeting or basic courtesy would have gone a long way, but unfortunately that was missing entirely. On top of that, the overall atmosphere reflected the same negative energy.
