Hidden Gem is a little restaurant on the ground floor on a high rise on 9 mile. Easy to miss if you're not looking for it! The inside of the restaurant is nice, it's well decorated and cozy. The menu is a little limited but has everything you'd expect for a little date night restaurant. A bit of a soul food vibe. The portions were not good for the cost and everything was a little too salty and overly buttery for my taste. I had the goat curry and my wife had the wings which were good but ended up being like $4 per wing which is a little ridiculous. Service was good, our waitress was nice an

It’s beautiful inside. It’s literally a hidden gem. The service was amazing and the food was fire. They don’t sale liquor but you can bring your own bottles for a few $10 they have new hours. Now ipen for lunch 12pm -10pm

The food is horrible. My macaroni tasted spoiled. I thought my turkey chop was a pork chop. It wasn’t seasoned at all. No one’s food in my party was good. I was with at least 8 people. I came here years ago for a birthday party. I didn’t get a chance to eat at that time because I arrived late. That party said the food was nasty too. I should’ve listened. I won’t be back. Hire better cooks please!!
