Good food, we had spicy garlic wings. Focaccia bread with dipping sauce. No matter what we have for food from this place, the wings, the sauce, the pizza. Everything comes out really hot, certainly preferred that way. The wings were fantastic, they were so juicy. They were really good.

I live in Virginia and whenever I visit my family in Southington Connecticut, they know that at least one trip to The Fire Place is mandatory! Their Verde pizza with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, goat cheese, garlic, pesto sauce and mozzarella over tomato sauce is the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life!! Definitely pair the Verde pizza with focaccia bread and a side of marinara to dip...so outstanding!! Their service is always great, too. Please, if you are a pizza lover, go to this outstanding restaurant! It's a good thing I live in Virginia, weight-wise!

Pizza was decent, the small salad was still a lot but very good. The place was nice. But the cost for 4 fountain drinks, a small salad and a large pizza was $61. That's way too much for what we had. A Hi-C lemonade from the fountain shouldn't cost $5. Decent food but I probably won't be back due to the cost.
