I have given this location several chances. I work locally and used to come here very often but almost every single time I get something wrong with my order . Why are you guys paying an “expo?” to stand at the window and do what exactly !? Just hand the bag to the poor employee standing outside in the heat . I am over the horrible customer service they have at this location and I will not be returning, any time you call to complain they tell you “oh we will be sending a request to see if you qualify for a reward refund.” For what? so you can just keep us as a customer , how about you guys do

Worst chick fil a experience. Literally took 20 minutes to get a single spicy biscuit, not even busy. Usually very understanding, but the customer service was a -100 as well. Also, don’t pay cash there because they make it a hassle

I had a really great experience at this Chick-fil-A on April 6 around 1:40 PM and wanted to recognize Anthony. I went through the drive-thru and he was the one who greeted me and handed me my food. He welcomed me with a genuine smile, introduced himself, and made the interaction feel personal. He read my order back to me to make sure everything was correct, which I appreciated, and before I drove off he told me to have a great day and it felt sincere. You can tell he carries himself like a leader by the way he represents the brand. I’ve been to plenty of fast food restaurants and the service

It's great if you get what you ordered. Just got home from what became a 30 min detour to swing through the drive thru, which was intended to be quick stop. Dealt with the chaos of their maze drive thru and get home to find an entire meal is missing from our bag. Having something missing from our bag has happened more often than not. Shame on me for not delaying the line to check everything was in the bag, but it was so overstuffed, it wasn't very practical in the car. Would rate the food higher if it were still antibiotic-free.
