This is for the 14900 Spanaway location. Plenty of parking on site and on the street. Got here for breakfast at around 9:30a so just past the morning rush I would think. Gave the store a star off for atmosphere because they left a mop out with wet floor signs but they weren't mopping. It was just hanging out. This did not affect the overall score because the dinning area when I eating was very clean. They have 5 kiosks for orders, and one was not working when I was there. What ever you do do not order after 1:30 am. This especially goes for people that use Uber eats and or door dash! They always shut down and refuse to fill any orders. (Even if you put the order in before the system shut down) When you make inquiries regarding this each McDonald's gives a different answer depending on their location. And if you order thru their app and pick up the same thing goes and good luck getting your money back. I have had them tell me I have to call back in the morning and speak to their manager in order to receive a refund! it's always a fight with me loosing! I try to

I went through the drive-thru today, and the guy at the window was not friendly and hardly even said a word. Not great for customer service. When I parked to eat my cheeseburger, it was so dry and hardly even warm. I opened it, and there was hardly any sauce or onion on them. My fries weren't that warm either. To top it off, they had NO ice cream or milkshakes. Surprise, surprise. 😏 I did take my food back, and the supervisor, who was lovely, had them remake everything, and it was all good. It's not the best experience, but it's definitely not the worst either.

Did a mobile order. When I showed up they told me their system was “updating” and it would take 10 to 20 minutes. When I asked about a refund they said they couldn’t do anything. I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes with no update. Having worked fast food previously there are ways to solve this issue but no attempts to solve the issue were made. I waited 20+ minutes in an attempt to get three sandwiches but had to leave for work. Something needs to be in place so people don’t lose out on their money.
