The staff member, Monica, took my order, and I explained that the meal I wanted came with a drink, fries, and nuggets. However, she repeatedly insisted that I could only have either a sandwich with fries and no drink, or a sandwich with nuggets and no drink. I tried to explain, but she would not listen. I even checked only and I was correct! I also had to remind her that she had not given me my sauces. In addition, when I wanted to place three identical orders, she told me I could not order the same item three times and instead told me to repeat the order three separate times. I do not usual

Alexander took my order on drive through at 356pm 11/15/25 no issues what so ever they finally started to use the pay window to accept payment and no issues there. Waited 15mins to get to food window one person ahead I thought they had a big order but nope she had a water a drink and a small bag of food. Got to the window to sit there for 10mins before I was even acknowledged got my drink then sat for a few more minutes as the mixed young lady with long hair put my order together or so I thought. It’s my go to Wendy’s. No matter what night or time it is, they keep it consistent with their attitude, their service and their delivery. Can’t tell me nothing bad about this spot! They the best!

Food was fine. The main problem I had was the treatment of the customers, me and several other people stood in line inside for over 10 minutes without any of us being acknowledged by the staff. A couple at the front left after no one spoke to them for even longer. I decided to pull into the drive thru, hoping to get someone's attention as my order was marked ready but my name wasn't being called. As I pulled up to the window, the manager got confrontational and told me that I was supposed to wait in the lobby to be helped if I had DoorDash. Very rude, I feel bad for the people that work under
