I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but this location is just lacking in all aspects. It's actually filthy inside. My shoes stick to the floors, and the bathroom is to be avoided if possible. If the areas where customers are are dirty then I imagine the food prep area is just as bad, if not worse. Today my doughnut did not taste normal, either. I'm highly disappointed. I hope that someone who works there starts caring enough to get the place cleaned up. That's hard to come back from.

I lived in Greenville SC for 15 years half a mile away from KK on Pleasantburg, but the donuts are ALWAYS better from Spartanburg or Anderson. I believe they are owned by the same folks. The donuts are bigger and the prices are better. The employees are way more pleasant also (ironic I know)...very kind and helpful. Get your receipt, it usually has a code for survey that will give you a free dozen! I gotta go...finish these donuts!

Lived in Spartanburg for 6 years now, and I gotta say the quality and selection of these doughnuts have gone downhill fast. Especially this last 12-18 months. We usually come once every 2-3 months, and these last 4 trips have been really disappointing… employees don’t seem as warming as they used to be. Heck, you used to be get offered a free doughnut or doughnut hole while you ordered/waited, now it seems like they want you to get in and out… Now the quality of the assorted doughnuts is solid, but the variety is poor. Almost out of everything by 9 AM. The original glazed quality is average

This review is long overdue. My apologies. When in the SE United States, I try to visit this particular location because it's only steps away from good train watching locations. The staff at this location is friendly and fast. The lines really move quickly. AND, there is the product! Simply delicious.
