HORRIBLE! Oh god, their shots are bitter as sin! We got 1 White chocolate breve 3 shots, 1 White chocolate caramel drizzle breve 3 shots. BITTER! And might I comment on how much caramel was put into the bottom of my cup! Are you trying to hide the burnt coffee beans or just bad shots? Gosh. 16 dollars for 2 drinks for this? Wow.

I am not usually one who leaves reviews but I’m annoyed. I take a long time to drink my coffee/teas so I always ask for light ice. I’ve been coming to this specific location for years and recently they have constantly been over icing my drinks leaving them watered down and gross. Today I finally got my punches for my free one and asked for a LIGHT ICE green tea and she literally filled the entire cup up with ice. It’s honestly so irritating. Idk about anyone else but I don’t down my drinks as quick as I can, I like to enjoy them. Won’t be back to this location. Used to be my favorite but t

Just went through here and had the worst coffee I’ve ever paid for close to 20$ for 2 coffees. it is so overly sweet I don’t even want to drink it, way to much caramel can’t even taste any coffee. My wife has gestational diabetes and can’t even drink her coffee due to the insane amount of caramel in the coffee and in the cup itself. And I know that it’s not their issue but we don’t have this problem anywhere else no special order anywhere else. I feel we should normalize no extra caramel unless requested at least not so much
