Amazing food, you won't even realize it's gluten free and vegan if you don't typically eat this way and the staff is quite possibly the best in Spokane. This is my go to breakfast spot and my family eat here nearly every Sunday. They are also amazingly kid friendly, the level of safety and welcome reminds me of how places used to be in the 80s and 90s growing up, where people cared about each other and looked out for you.

The vegan scramble I ate at boots was better than any egg and cheese scramble I've ever had, and the gluten free ginger cookie had an amazing crisp chewy texture and spicy sweet flavor, and the brownie with the boozy sauce is incredible, and the service there is always excellent, helpful and considerate
