I just wanted a hamburger and fries and some tacos on a Saturday night. How difficult does it have to be? Apparently impossible. So I drive down to my local Jack-in-the-Box and as I am pulling into the drive-through, I see a guy out in the parking lot smoking a cigarette, making his way back to the building. I pull in to order and I see him walk to the back door, put on his headphones and go inside. Seconds later, I'm talking to the same guy. Last 2 times they got my order wrong. Not like a small mistake but a whole different menu item! Ordered a whole burger meal and got stuffed jalapeños and fries. I'm not coming back in for the right order cause im back at work but y'all owe me like $17. Smh Updat: Another try. Here we go again. Put in a another order for pick-up. I arrived on location to be informed they're closed for cleaning. No food, no refund. Damn jack! I think it's time we go out separate ways. I don't think I'll be ordering or recommending this location to anyone for a quick bite. You guys are the worst.

We went through the drive through at 4:30 am tried to order breakfast. We were told that they could only fill online orders. So we went around to parking lot and made an online order. Jack in the Box (Downtown Spokane): not a restaurant, more of a live-action experiment in how low can we set the bar and still operate.
