Will not be coming back. On march 11th around 11am I went to the downtown Jacob’s location. I often go to Jacob’s but this isn’t my first time having a poor experience specifically at this location. I pulled up turned off my car and asked for a minute, the girl working the window at the time seemed immediately irritated that I didn’t know what I wanted even though I expressed there were new specials I hadn’t seen and was waiting for my friend to decide what they wanted.
