Nudo Ramen House is a very delicious Japanese ramen restaurant in Spokane. I'm not a big eater and just had brunch so I asked them if they could let me order the kid tonkotsu ramen. So glad they understood and accommodated my request, so I really appreciate that! Their ramen is the best, with a very comforting broth. And even though I ordered the kid bowl, my bowl was still very filling, generous portions and toppings. I'm too full from that and might have food coma 🥹🥹 I also ordered coconut shrimp because many people recommend that, and it's the best!!! Crispy tempura coating around sweet s

Ramen is always slapping. We had the pork broth ramen and its genuinely the best thing I've ever tasted and they marinate the eggs 🤤 Service is always chill not overbearing. When we go, we aim for the non busy times to have a quiet atmosphere. Can be pricey if your getting appetizers, main course and dessert but they also offer a happy hour to help combat that!

I was in Spokane for a week and I ate here 3 times. EVERYTHING I had was amazing. This town has a lot of incredibly good food. Nudo is good, reasonably priced, great service and it was a block from my hotel. I’m just bummed that I missed Happy Hour on 2 of 3 visits.
