I heard about Tavolata for a while, a popular Italian food chain. Some dishes hit, while some didn't really meet my expectations. What I ordered: Focaccia bread & butter: I like it, warm and soft bread with butter, classic Chicken & Ricotta Meatballs: My most favorite, super tender and juicy meatballs. Sauce also impressive. The whipped ricotta and tomato sauce made it super creamy and rich. Would order again and again Bucatini Carbonara: Probably a miss here. Will go here again and again and again. The pasta sauce and meatballs had some of the best flavors I’ve ever had. Nicole, our server, was spot on with everything. Their bread is made in house and OMG! Could eat it everyday. We went during happy hour. Portions are the same as dinner but a bit less in price. We were not here at the busiest time, so very easy to chat.

Marti provided excellent service. We brought our dog and dined outside, and she proactively brought a bowl of water for our dog and even gave our dog some treats. The food was also very good, and we had a wonderful time.
