Taco Tuesday brought me to Chulas Mexican Grill in search of three crunchy tacos and a little happiness. I ordered one beef, one chicken, and one pork taco. Pretty standard stuff—lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Wanting to live a little dangerously, I asked if I could add some raw onions. That's when I learned that a sprinkle of onions would cost me an additional $2. Now, I don't know what the current onion market is doing, but I politely declined. Second time having food from Chulas. It’s okay. Food was well-presented. I found most of the food (sadly) bland, the rice was quite dry, and the chips & salsa were pretty unimpressive. Chips and salsa portion was minimal. Maybe it was just what I picked for dinner, who knows? There may be much better dishes to choose from that have more flavor and aren’t as dry. I really want to like this place, but this twice I’ve had the food and it’s just not as I’ve had from other places. Fried ice cream was pretty good! Great presentation! We come here every so often, and every time we do the food, staff, and atmosphere is always amazing. The staff is always friendly, always smiling, very attentive and gives you a feeling like you're family. The food is always, always, hot and well, amazing! The restaurant is extremely clean 👌 I have never had the same food twice and order something new, every thing I have ever gotten is really good. Stop by, grab a margarita, and soak in all the love. You won't be disappointed, promise.

sooo I popped in to try the refried beans maybe a burrito new here from ca. the prices were outrageous so went with the side of beans with cheese and red sauce I've had lotsa mex in my days and was ready for some good stuff, well 4.95 came to 8.18 after being charged for the cheese and sauce u see what I got, they were all bad I've never tasted mex food like this?! the beans had some kinda picante in them and the red sauce was chunky pretty gross not to mention I waited for over 20 mins for this. they had 3 tables and 3-4 girls so they weren't struggling I mean even 1 cook, its a side of bean
