Updating my review, the manager hit me up and was very sympathetic and immediately offered to make it right, whether remade or refunded. Mistakes happen, but I appreciate the quick resolution Buy 1 get 1 for a $1 doesn't mean buy a dry, burnt one and get half of one for $1.

I eat them if my kids beg. Idk why most of the time the McDonalds by me have messed up my order and the staff isn't always friendly. One of the last orders they got Forgot my kids Bug Mac and it's not the first time this has happened. I'm general the nuggets taste like cardboard, the fries are mediocore, and most of the burgers are okay. They make a good shake and other sweet treats.

Came by after a softball game down the street. We only went to the drive thru and only got a shake and two McFlurries...but the service was not good. The person who took our order hardly said anything and said less when we were at the window. My shake was so runny it was more like drinking a soda than it was like drinking a shake.

I only give this review for two people manager Vincent and employee Dion . I came to pick up my drive thru order and was immediately annoyed over the fact they told me I couldn’t pick up my coworkers orders please make that make sense I asked for manager and I was given some girl which I didn’t even bother her name she started talking about rules I specifically asked for a manager and I was given her . Vincent came thru with great customer service resolved my issue and gave me my coworkers food . He was apologetic and it wasn’t his fault I just appreciate the care and Dion was just just adora
