I finally checked Milpa off my Yelp bookmarks, and now I’m wondering why I waited so long! It was absolutely worth the wait. We started with the chips and salsa, and the salsas were on point. My favorite was the red, and I loved that they were served warm, it makes such a difference in flavor compared to the cold stuff most places serve. This place is beyond, easily one of the best Mexican food hidden gems in Las Vegas. My boyfriend and I have been in Vegas for 4 years, and this is easily one of our favorite spots hand down.
