Ordered ice coffee with lite ice . I picked up my order and the cup was about at the most 3/4 full . I asked to top of with more ice coffee and it took them about 5 minutes to gather 2 other associates or supervisor and they discussed for a few minutes more for them to just add more ice to my drink . Very petty and unprofessional location. It's a shame as a simple thing like just toping off a drink with a bit more ice coffee would make a customer have a more better enjoyable experience. Would avoid this location if possible . I am sure this will fall on deaf ears to this location .

The cashier at this place who took our order on Saturday 10:30am was rude and would not answer our questions. Seemed annoyed and only would answer when she wanted. I guess politeness is not a requirement to work here.

It’s such a hassle ordering from here. I placed my order online for me to pick up. 3 not 1 but 3 of my items were missing!!! The reason I did not check before driving off 1 because the cashier was rude (Good Friday) me trying to keep having a great day. 2 I was babysitting special needs children and had them in the vehicle desperate to get home and eat. Plus it was a rainy day!!! No reason for me to drive all the way back. My order should have been right in the first place. Come to find out getting home and finding chicken nuggets missing, a French fry order missing, 1 drink, no sauces & no s
