Panera has gone downhill. I ordered a salad and this isn't the first time but I'm commenting now because it seems to be a regular occurrence that I get the crappies food there and I don't know why I keep going back but this was the final straw I ordered their new strawberry poppyseed salad and it Has zero green lettuce in it It's like the worst part of the lettuce the chicken taste like lunchmeat I don't recommend going there ever

The food is fresh. Good drink choices and good coffee. Reason Im giving them 4 stars is because is the second time they get my order wrong and I found out at home. The location is great on Rayford, very close from Grand Parkway 99. The Oatmeal cookie is the best. Overall great food and good customer service.

I went to this location just for coffee and some pastries and ordered in the kiosk at the entrance. My husband and I grabbed our coffee and sat down. We were sitting for like 12 min when we realized that they hadn’t called us for our pastries. Mind you the pastries are already there just to serve. I go and wait for my turn. I waited for 10 minutes. And the employee a young girl is walking back and forth never even acknowledged me standing there or said “I’ll be right with you” nothing. She had an attitude. So when she was done helping the gentleman. I stood there thinking she’s about to ask me

The service was great. Staff had a lot pf patince with all my questions about the food and desserts. The food was good. The onion soup was ok, other days had better flavor. The chipotle chicken sandwich was delicious as the chicken salad. The Thai tea latte was very good too as the papaya/green tea/sugar cane drink (refill - the green one). The restaurant was clean and not too crowded at the time we went.
