I love Sonic but this Sonic takes forever to do anything. I went yesterday and ordered a drink and they brought me put someone else's drink. I repressed the button to let me know its not my drink. I did sat another ten minutes and still no drink to having to call one of the servers walking by to say what I already told the person on the intercom. Then waited again for just the drink to come out to me. They either need to hire more works or something because to wait almost 30 mins just for a drink order is crazy.

Very disappointing experience 2 days ago. We ordered Coke online and were told that they were out of Coke and they asked what else they could get me. After saying Dr. Pepper i thought it'd be a minute for her to come back out... Nope. She dropped off 2 orders and after 15 minutes I had to go out of the car and ask another person for the drink...
