The salsa was good and had at least a decent spiciness. I wish there was a hot salsa option that wasn't extra. For my meal I got the Casa burrito - it was MASSIVE! Portions are really good here! I added the salsa verse which was a great choice to dump on top of the already queso-covered burrito. I do wish they had a green chili sauce, but the salsa verde was still good. We had a group of 7, which was slightly difficult to squeeze in, but it worked. During peak times, a group of more than 4 would be difficult to accommodate. Service was good!

We were positively impressed from the moment we walked in the door. Entertaining music was playing at a volume that was comfortable for conversation. Chips, salsa, utensils and menus were placed on the table before we were seated. Our server, Astrid, could light up the room with her friendly smile. The service was courteous, the food was fresh, excellent and served quickly. And the cleanliness surprised me so much that I took photos! I had never seen booths taken apart this way for cleaning, and again, I was very impressed!

This place was great! The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions are so generous that they are definitely made for sharing. It's located right in the heart of downtown Springdale, so parking can be a bit of a concern, but there are public lots nearby. The dining room is on the smaller side, so if you have a large party like we did, plan to wait outside. They have couches to sit and wait. Highly recommend!

The food at Casa Alejo was good, but unfortunately the service overshadowed the entire experience. When we arrived, we were left waiting for approximately 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. During that time, another family that arrived after us was promptly seated and attended to. The server then attended to a woman, her children and guest whom had been waiting for a moment before we arrived. What was even more upsetting was seeing my granddaughter physically ushered aside to make room for the woman and her guests at no fault to her. It was only after our visible frustration that our serve
