Believe it or not, this place is cheaper than everything else in terminal 4. The boneless chicken wings (adult chicken nuggets) were cooked to perfection with the right amount of sauce on them. They came out pretty fast and they were hot. What really brought the place down is the lack of good customer service. I sat at the bar because it seemed that there was only one waitress for the whole dining room, and I didn't have 2 hours to spare. It took forever to get the attention of the bartender. I ordered wings and fries that came with carrots and celery, after waiting 20mins i had to asked the server where it was and he wasn’t bothered and told me to ask someone else by the “window” but no one was there they all stood around kitchen area. I had to flag down another staff member and told him i had a flight to catch and it’s now been 25mins and wanted a refund, he then said he will check and i watched him go to where the kitchen leaves the food and he checked through boxes that were already sat there and then came back and gave to me. This was a weirdly great Bdubs experience. I read the reviews and had low expectations but this place treated us better than most non-airport bwws. Our bartender Jean Enock was awesome and our food came out in ten minutes and was delicious. No complaints. Would come back.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever. I ordered a cheeseburger to-go from the kiosk and ended up waiting 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, I asked a worker for an update, but she acted like she didn’t want to be there. Another worker told me with an attitude to wait outside for 5 more minutes. When I came back, I saw multiple employees just standing around chatting. Two girls even looked at me, giggled, and made me feel like they were making fun of me for asking about my order.
