This is what I opened up to find when I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. It was the worst burger I've ever had. The bun was for the smaller burgers and it was stale. The meat was extremely salty and falling apart. I couldn't finish it. This has happened to me 3 different times on the night shift. I don't know what's going on in the back but someone needs to be trained better. Really disappointed

This location is horrendous it constantly is closed in the lobby earlier than the listed hours. They always claim it's because of being short staffed. I've placed orders on the app multiple times that offer in store counter pick up during normal hours but I show up and the doors are locked. I then proceed through the long line through the drive through because they close one of the drive through lanes. As I sit through the drive through line the order has been sitting on the counter as if I can access the lobby to pick up. They then give me the food as I reach the second window buts it's been

I never go inside. Those places are gross. I don't eat the meat because....(solient green), but I will happily wait 7 minutes for fresh apple pie. The staff is usually really sweet and don't mess up my order like the other stores do.

This one was doing such a great job for a couple years and now the last 5 meals were totally garbage. Food comes out cold they didn’t listen to how I wanted my food. The fries are soggy and gross. The burgers are cold and way too salty, each time they tried to forget my drink. Totally stay away from this location until they get new management. There’s apparently a bunch of people there that do not care at all about the quality of food.
