The ice cream is great but the service is slower than molasses. It was 15 ppl in line. This is a regular occurrence. Go if you have time to waste. Waited almost 30 mins in line. The girl making the waffles cones was not using gloves. Don't eat the waffles cones! The servers are pleasant but they dont seem to move with any urgency. They need a person taking orders and runners making them. Very inefficient.

I ordered two small butter pecan cones, and It was amazing the amount of pecan loaded in the ice cream! Mind you a small cone is two scoops, so I delightfully enjoyed it. BTW, NO! I did not eat both. My wife enjoyed hers as well.

I wasn't very impressed with this location. I ordered 2 banana splits to be told they were out if chocolate ice cream & 3 of the other flavors I tried picking as a substitute. I watched 1 ladies order get messed up twice & then mine. Instead of 2 banana splits I was given 1 & a cup of ice cream. The girl went to correct my order & I had to tap on the glass because she was scooping the wrong ice cream. I saw several scoops of ice cream, cones & cups thrown in the trash yesterday. I highly doubt I will return to this location.

My grandmother order me a birthday cake from here & I believe only the mangers should make the cakes. For one the pick up time was for 12pm the cake wasn’t ready and the young lady says oh I didn’t expect u to be here right at 12… ok as she looks at the cake the worker says oh I couldn’t fit all the words she had put happy birth the worker was asked to fix it because that was mot requested she then goes to scrape off the works and write what was requested u can see where she took off the words and it honestly looked a mess when asked for a manger she told us there was no manger. I love this ic
