I place a mobile order for the counter it said my order would be ready a 6:23. So I walk to the doors and they were locked there was a girl inside getting food and talking with the employees. she was inside telling people outside what to do then, she came outside cussing at people just because they were asking questions. The employees were not trying to talk to anyone they ignored everyone that came to the door.

Terrible workers tbh. The place was empty and they were acting as if there was a rush when there was like two cars in drive thru. Nobody was helping the people at the counter and every time i locked eyes with the workers they would walk away. 5 people in the back but theres one doing drive thru??? makes no sense because whose supposed to be helping counter. I ordered sauces and the girl made me go back to the kiosk and walked away then another worker asked what i needed and when i said it she walked away and i waited another 5 minutes to get two small sauces whilst every worker walked around l

My food was trash. I want to show you a pic of my food but no..... I just realized that I'll stay in VA for my food or never deviate from my regulars. We ate 10% of the food. I couldn't even ask for my money back I don't want a confrontation. You got a failing grade for food quality. It even smell weird my old lady said. Wow Ps I can eat anything i thought. The best thing tonight was the Pepsi.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at your Taco Bell location 91 Smallwood MD 20602 on [1/19/26 ] at approximately [2:26pm]. During my visit, I interacted with manger/leadership MS.PAM informed by employee Geraye (which was amazing by the way). The customer service MS.PAM provided whose behavior I found to be unprofessional and dismissive. ASKED FOR A SIDE OF SOUR CREAM was greeted with rude/nasty tone, lack of courtesy, regarding order being placed incorrect. This interaction made what should have been a simple visit unpleasant. Might I add the wait in the driv
