I’ve been a loyal customer of Buffalo Wild Wings at this location for years and never had an issue before. Whenever I requested a specific table, the staff was always accommodating and set it up right away. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I came in with a party of five, including two children, and the table we were given had water spilled underneath it and even on the chairs. When we asked to move, we were first offered a table in the middle of the restaurant. After noticing an available booth, I politely asked if we could sit there instead. This place has fallen off a cliff. I went to see the Knicks game and there was only sound in half of the restaurant because the sound system was broken, and the wings were terrible. Pretty much everything I ate was garbage. The bartender was very sweet but the food quality has dropped off.

Overall a good place for chicken wings. I learned a long time ago that you go to Buffalo Wild Wings mostly for wings and potato wedges, maybe beer too. Service is usually average, but sometimes much better. Never crowded during the day, for the most part, which is good. I like chicken wings a lot so I am kind of biased though.

The slowest service ever. Food was ok but the service was so bad. Way too slow 🐌. Took like 25 mins to get a mozzarella sticks order.
