I saw this restaurant and the name was different so thought I try it. The menu was limited and they definitely have pho as main dish. I got a pho combo and the beef stew soup. The pho was ok but nothing different when compared to a lot of other places. The meat was not tender and did not have a lot of ingredients. This was our first time visiting their Garden Grove location, and they truly impressed us with their quality just like their Westminster location did. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and the space is nice and open and clean. They seated us promptly, and the server made some great recommendations. New tables, chairs, and new owners? Regular pho combo was smaller than I remember, less meat, and was not flavorful. I'm used to having the flavor linger and this was as if I was drinking water. Less herbs and missing sauce from the usual three they have. At least I was able to get the chili sauce when I asked I worry that there is new management due to the new decor that was not installed well since the booth seat did not feel secure.
