I’m on a strict diet of no refined carbs (no rice, corn, flour, or oats), or sugar, so when my husband and wanted to go here, I didn’t have high hopes for diet friendly options. I saw that they had a shrimp bowl that came with rice. I can’t have rice, but I can have beans. So I ordered the shrimp bowl with lettuce instead of rice. OMG, this was one of the BEST bowls I’ve ever had! It was so good that I was sad I didn’t buy another one for dinner. The shrimp was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Everything was delicious together. Even my husband who’s Mexican and lives his tacos- was jealous

WOW this place has gotten way too expensive! $25 for two chorizo and eggs burritos? Back when egg prices were high I could understand but now? They probably raised prices and never lowered then back down.

Solid OC Mexican chain spot. On Tuesdays there is a 3 taco + med drink for 8.99. We got the carnitas, cabeza, Al pastor and it was very good for the price! We also got carne asada fries, and they were good but the tacos were more flavorful! Has a drive thru that’s convenient, but expect to still wait about 10 min (3-4 cars ahead of us when we got there). Would come back for days you want easy drive thru food that’s solid!
