This is a review about the Local Whiskey lunch special. It is one of my go-to options in town. It's hard to beat this lunch special in terms of taste and value! Admittedly it is a little crowded and you might only get a seat at the bar, but it's still a great deal! For the lunch special you can't customize anything, so it's a little rough if you have any significant dietary restrictions. But the burger is comparable to any standard burger I've had in town, and the fries are great!

The burger lunch special is the best lunch special in town. No modifications on the burger are permitted, but otherwise its awesome. Under $10 for lunch and a drink is rare anywhere these days. Their tomato soup and grilled cheese are also excellent, and Ernie's Cheesesteaks are delicious.

Visited for the third time since this review and every time the burgers have been amazing. The most consistently cooked burger! Perfect! The name is deceiving, it’s not a whiskey bar. Great selection of drinks and beers. Beer prices are great too. The food was absolutely excellent. Shared a burger and cheesesteak with my daughter and they were top notch. The fries are super fresh and crispy. We will definitely return here for dinner. Servers were very friendly and attentive.

Stopped by after walking through the downtown. What a choice! The whiskey menu was great. Took a few minutes to look through. I got the beaver burger. That was delicious. Upgrade to fries and get the garlic aioli. Fish and chips look great. They have a wedge salad that look delicious.
