Unfortunately, my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings wasn’t a great experience with my server Preston. When I asked about requesting for another batch the server acted like it was a problem to accommodate the request. He was very rude and sarcastic. The chips were cold and very salty it tasted old not just once but twice after asking for a fresh batch. The cheese dip and the first round of boneless wings were also served cold. After sending the boneless wings back did we finally get a hot fresh order. Management need to have a talk to Preston about his attitude.

Thought that we would order some BOGO wings to-go for dinner and lunch the next day. Missing an order of wings and I think the kitchen staff seems to have forgotten that sauce goes on the wings. Paired with some sad looking nachos, it’s definitely something for dinner. When we called to see about a fix, we got told to “go through the app or email corporate”.

This use to be my only go to spot in Statesboro because most other restaurants in the area lack everything other than the food dropped off by the delivery truck. Well, things have drastically changed over the past couple months. Not sure why whomever the cook or food prep person is feel the need to prepare an order of wings and omit the sauce a customer is requesting. I mean, if its not put on the wings, for goodness sake put it on the side! Never have I ever ordered plain wings yet reading the reviews this is just what they do at this location. 45 minute wait with 7 tables and 6 people at the bar. $14 for a 3 piece chicken tender with mac n cheese. No mac n cheese and 3.5 oz total of chicken? The new beer cheese cheesesteak is pitiful as well. Called to speak with a manager and they were too busy. With almost noone in the restaurant, not sure what was making them busy. I'm done with this place.
