The asking for a 5 star review for 15% off should've been my sign to leave. The dining room had only 3 people in it (my table), yet the tables and floors around us were disgusting. Table wasn't stocked with the basics. Ketchup empty, regular syrup almost empty, regular sugar almost empty. We ordered, 1 item was wrong and that was OK. But the food was actually not good. The amount of grease on the plate was sickening, the over medium eggs came fried, and the pancakes were the consistency of chewing gum. Went back after not going for years due to a bad experience. Not so bad this time just very little gravy with the biscuits and gravy and the French toast sticks for kids was a big piece of French toast not that was pictured on the kids menu.

A much improved experience! I've eaten here before when it was under the old management. Before, the customers did not come because they didn't staff the restaurant and it created a feedback loop where they didn't staff the restaurant because there were no customers. The new management has the restaurant well staffed and the service was perfect. The order was perfect. Zenobia was an awesome waitress. We'll definitely be back.

I totally agree with the rest of the reviews here. This place is horrible! Hardly anyone in there and waited for a table then waited 45 min for sandwiches. Ordered the Cali Turkey Melt. Got no avacado, uncooked bacon, no mayo and pretty sure we had chicken and not turkey. All just tossed on bread which looked like those in the kitchen could care less about what they sent out. Clearly no kitchen manager. The high point was that the salads and drinks were fine. Like the others said, obviously a severe management problem here.
