Placed an online order and headed inside to pick it. I was greeted quickly and asked if I placed an order. I was told the Cherry Pepsi was out of stock and asked if I would like something else. Our food came out quickly, everything prepared as ordered. The potatoes tasted as they had been sitting awhile and was a bit too crunchy/dry to enjoy. Everything with the food was fine, however the dining area was dirty! The crew in the back used foul language like they was home with their friends the entire time. Definitely not language you should use in the workplace.

I went by this establishment a few minutes ago as I was doing a last minute run since my boyfriend decided that he wanted some Doritos Locos tacos. I placed my order with the automated machine, then went up to the window and the machine told me that they didn’t have something that I wanted even though they did. The two associates whom assisted me, let me have the one i originally wanted as courtesy, since it failed to tell me that they had it. Something seems to have changed at this location recently. We visit regularly, but over the past few weeks, ordering inside has consistently taken 30–45 minutes to receive our food. I reported this through the app about 1–2 weeks ago and received a $5 credit, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the same issue happened again during our visit tonight. Very disappointing. On top of that, after waiting all that time tonight, they completely forgot an item, forgot the nacho cheese and the dipping sauce.

The food was really good. You have to order from and kiosk so no customer interaction. You have to ask for a cup. The time for the food was in excess (20ish minutes). I wish they could do better in the customer service area. Tables were not being cleaned either.
