I spent over $70 on food for my crew and the portions were honestly LAUGHABLE!! The bowl looked half empty, like it was already eaten out of. This isn’t the first time either. It’s very clear that mobile orders get shorted compared to ordering in person. The cherry on top, my $8 large chips and queso were completely missing from the order. $18.xx for bowl and look at the photo. I can’t make this up either, two other bowls were good but this one SUCKED. We all audibly gasped when the lid was taken off 🤣 At the prices chipotle charges now a days, there’s no excuse for this kind of inconsistenc

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. I’ve gotten bowls from here on 4 different occasions and it’s been $20+ and it’s basically empty every time. I’m never going to this location again. Every single time I ask for double meat and they always fail to deliver. I’m very disappointed. Also they hang up on you when you call to complain.

The food was cold. It wasn’t wrapped at all it was falling apart while we were eating it. we got two burritos. Will never go back. Our food was thrown in a bag. our bag was ripped. I don’t understand how this could be so disappointing. Chips were stale and very salty. I want my money back.

I hope the owner and store manager know they have bad employees, it said on my receipt my host was Mary and the girl who checked me out was being rude to a boy who came up and ask for a lid and water cups , as he only asked once and wasn’t being rude at all and she rudely told him to be patient and needs to wait , I told her I work in customer service aswell and she could be nicer , she told me to have a nice night , I work in fast food rude people , all kinds of people come in and I have the same attitude, be nice and respectful not hard at all, the heavy set brunette who gave my family probl
