To start off this is the last time I will be going to this place. The food was very bad. We got wings like usual and there always cold! I don’t get it. The fries looked like they sat out for over an hour (Were discolored and hard as a rock) had to re order the food. This is beyond ridiculous. Spend almost $50 to basically get served stuff you’d find the garbage. STAY AWAY The fries we got served are on the right. Discolored and hard as a rock. The ones we had to re order and ask for them to be fresh are on the left. Bartender is unprofessional as well. No wonder this place has so many 1 stars

Ordered delivery. Not all food was there. Was told to bad call Doordash. How is it Doordash fault for the food not being in the bag?? The patty melt was dry and the wings were over cooked. Also watched the delivery person sit at the location for about 15 minutes after I was notified it was picked up and on the way. Maybe do your job a little better. Awful customer service I will not be giving them anymore of my business. Was told I would receive a refund...never did. Pay for something and dont receive it...isn't that stealing??

Stopped by to catch some playoff hockey, the game happened to be on by the bar, so I was seated there. The bartender, Ashley, was awesome. Very attentive. She kept me supplied with tasty wings and fries throughout the game (even picked out a "i never drink alcohol- what is tasty?" drink for me. Which did, in fact, turn out to be tasty.) Ended up losing the game (but it's the Blues, so what do you expect..) but the experience was great :) As a side note, I have to eat gluten free- I ordered the naked wings with honey bbq with fries and didn't have a bad reaction to anything so.. hooray for glu

Great burger. Normally I eat wings like a normal person would at BWW’s. However, I was craving a burger and that’s what I got. It was one of the better burgers I’ve had. We started with mozzarella sticks which were hot and fresh. Very good. My wife had a chicken teriyaki wrap (as always) and my son had the chicken crispers. Everything was perfect.
