If I could give ZERO stars I most definitely would. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service and food quality I experienced at your establishment today. First, I was frustrated to find that the lobby closes at 7:00 PM, which was not clear at the time of my order. More concerning, however, were the food safety and quality issues I witnessed. Food tasted old. Fries were sweet tasting which was weird. Was told to pull forward so people behind us could get their ice cream. My son's happy meal was also disappointing. Fries were old and almost hard. His nuggets were cold. Not sure what happened why our order was so bad.

I came in during lunch while it wasn’t too busy. The $1 frozen refillable frozen coke is an absolute game changer. It’s very good and so was the rest of our food. The employees brought our food to our table. They were very kind and respectful. The dining room was incredibly clean as well. Will probably stop in for lunch again sometime.

They lied about not being able to make a Whopper Sandwich in the morning. They said the "Whopper Machine" was down for maintenance. I've NEVER gone to a BK that couldn't make one in the morning, and when I went inside, nobody was cleaning or working on the broiler. The other night we pulled in at 8:07 pm and they said they were closed for the night...? This BK has issues
