I am a regular customer that comes here 5 out of 7 days, sometimes twice a day & there is not a time that I come that the tall white girl (usually works in the afternoon/closing) doesn’t have an attitude. Everyone here is awesome, friendly, welcoming but she always looks miserable. The last time I picked up my mobile order, I had been waiting patiently & she asked what I was waiting for & I told her so she turned around huffing & puffing because someone had put it in the drive-thru area. Horrible attitudes but today just topped it off for me and just validates why I will NEVER return to this specific location. Whoever was in charge of the drive through on 3/24, 5:00 or so had the worst attitude ever! I don’t understand how people can be so sour sometimes, truly unbelievable and such a shame.

Sometimes good, usually not. My same coffee order tastes different every time. Today was the worst. Iced coffee with regular cream has no coffee taste. How can this be?
