It was super uncomfortable to order here. Smelled like urine while I was waiting to order which is a huge turn off obviously. Food tasted fine of course. Wendy’s is always excellent. Had a homeless woman approached me who was sipping on her drink and asking if I could help her buy something. I don’t mind doing that, but I don’t like being put in the position where the dining room room is not managed properly. I’ve been in fast food for about 10 years as an owner of a large brand. And it’s really difficult controlling the homeless population but if you don’t do it, you will wind up chasing gues

The people are unpleasant, the service is terrible, they didn't have ketchup or mayonnaise. They should close the place and reopen when they have everything. If they don't like their jobs, they should find somewhere else where they're better off, because the only thing they were paying attention to was their cell phone. I don't recommend it.

I ordered a combo meal and my meal was upgraded without my consent. I asked for a receipt to confirm the charge. I was told by the cashier the receipt machine is'nt working.Why do these fast food restaurants upgraded meal when customers didn't ask for it???Customers please ask for your total before giving cashiers your debit card. Bad business. Slow service and charging customer for what they didn't ask for.

The "cold brew" that I ordered was hot coffee put in a plastic cup with cold foam on top of it, and I am pretty certain that I was given a small despite ordering a large. Also, it wasn't until after I had ordered a chicken croissant and a chicken biscuit, and paid for my order, that they informed me they didn't have any chicken and asked if I could was fine with sausage. The "sausage" I was given was hamburger patties, and the bacon that was supposed to be on the croissant was completely missing.
