Worst customer service! The person taking order couldn’t figure out how to get coupon to work so they told me to pull forward to order then said they couldn’t make it how I asked because I didn’t order at the microphone. What?!! Then when I asked for a drink they told me to go back through the very long slow moving line. Manager named Mikayla was extremely confrontational and rude from the second she came to the window and she was proud of it. Unwilling to assist or even be kind. I hope to never encounter her again! We left and went to the McDonald’s on Howe road and had a MUCH better expe

This Mcdonalds is the best! The food is always fresh and hot now. Big improvement lately from what it used to be. The staff was very polite and welcoming as well. Not often do I get this in fast food service. Was very pleased with my experience today. Keep up the good work!

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I am very disappointed. Had a to go order as I was bringing food to all of my coworkers this morning to do something nice. When I took two bites into ham egg and cheese McMuffin, to my surprise the egg was green. Someone had to have noticed this when making it, and still served it. I threw the sandwich away, and my coworkers ate theirs before I could, so no telling if their egg was green too. Hope we don’t get sick.
