Stopped by Sunday morning for the $6 meal deal. Iced coffee hash browns and breakfast sandwich. Open before 7am. 2 Friendly staff got my meal in under 5 min. Conveniently next to the beachmont train.

Ive went to this dunkin my whole life never had issues with it. Recently within the last 3-4 weeks the workers have un reasonably slow. If its a busy day that is understandable but there is no reason why I should be waiting sit down restaurant times on a mobile order at dunkin. Specially when i see my order ready and the workers are giggling in the back room. Not once but its happened more in the last 3 weeks then ever in my time going to this Dunkin. Today i ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a CROISSANT. And got it on a english muffin, and unfortunately to top it off my hashbrowns are raw. An

This Dunkin has some of the slowest workers I’ve ever seen. Here they don’t consult with you about drink alternatives actions or anything. If you order something online that they don’t have, they give you whatever they feel like giving, no refund. Somehow they are always understaffed and the quality of the products in general is terrible. With their increases prices you might as well go to Starbucks and get better quality food for around the same price.

This was a very unpleasant experience. Several people who did not appear to have purchased anything were occupying nearly all of the seating and speaking loudly. One person was drinking alcohol discreetly, and another was constantly holding a cigarette. Given how small the space is, it is hard to believe that the staff were unaware of this behavior. Despite this, no action was taken. As a result, I—an actual paying customer—was unable to use a table at all. Allowing this kind of behavior while ignoring customers who follow the rules is unacceptable. This place lacks even the most basic level
