I’ve been coming to this location for over 30 years. I haven’t been for a few years and my kid was really craving teriyaki so we made the drive to Puyallup for a little nostalgia. I don’t think this place is managed by the same people. The place looks pretty much the same but possibly under new management. The older woman who worked here for many years was not here. Ordered off Uber eats. The steamed veggies was just cabbage, and the egg flower soup was so salty, even after trying to balance it, that it just went into the garbage. The salad was good, and portion sizes were great. If you like cabbage and a ton of salt then you're in for a treat! Maybe I got the last bowl of soup or something but holy moly it was a salt punch.

One of my favorite local Teriyaki places for decades. I love their bento boxes, and extra food for another meal. The tempura is not soggy and a generous portion. Just all around delicious. I love their new seating, looks very Japandi/ mcm. They are so nice and you get your food pretty quick.

I have been eating there since 2016 and loved it! But now the older Asian lady who owned it is gone and the food quality is horrible. I had teriyaki chicken at 2pm and it tasted stale, like it was from the day before. I also ordered beef bulgogi and it was bad too. Very little beef and the sauce didn't taste like bulgogi. Never again!
