Very disappointing experience. Today at 10:30 a.m. I visited this Starbucks, a place I have been to many times after my runs to get coffee. I used to come here several times a week and always sat with my service dog without any issues. During this visit, my dog barked once. This has never happened in any of my previous visits, and after that he remained completely calm. He was never out of control at any point. However, an employee approached me and asked me to leave. I explained that my dog is a service dog, but she told me that because dogs have hair and they work with food, he could not

She even caught and corrected a small mistake without me having to say anything, which made my experience incredibly smooth and pleasant. all 3 times I have been here they have treated me with great kindness and respect. twice of the three times they have given me a free drink because of a hardly noticeable wait, or a small mistake. they also put notes on the drinks and all of this always makes my visit extraordinary and always makes my day. truly one of the best Starbucks I have been to
