I love Chick-fil-A and was craving my spicy deluxe i always get. This definitely wasn't a great experience for food. Service was good, atmosphere was good. The food though... it was burnt, tomato was old it was the same on all 3 spicy deluxes I ordered... bits of burnt chicken... very disappointed. Maybe it's the location.. idk.. all and all was not satisfied...

I get breakfast from here almost everyday. You can always count on them to short you hashbrowns. They never fill up the box. Most of the time the Chicken Minis and biscuits taste like they have been sitting under a warmer light for hours and never fresh. Every now and again you will get a good biscuit or fresh Minis. For a CFA its quite disappointing. The sweet tea is what keeps me coming back.

This is the strangest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. It's drive thru only but half of the drive thru is shut off to everyone except mobile orders. I would have mobile orders go to a walk up window and leave the signature double drive thru for drive thru customers like it's supposed to be. Staff is the most unfriendly people I have ever seen at a Chick-fil-A. Your lucky if you get a smile At this location. I would much rather go to the compleat store on Broad St. They are way more friendly at that'd location and they are faster too.

The lady who took my order was very kind and helpful and I had no problem whatsoever with her. The problem is that, for one, I had ordered a couple of extra packets of the honey roasted barbecue sauce. Did I get any at all? Nope! And when I opened my box containing my grilled chicken sandwich it wasn’t difficult to see a dead bug sitting on top of it. I double checked to make sure that’s what it was. Sure enough, it was. There went my lunch! 🚮 🗑️
