Terrible experience! Yeah weather was wet and cold. Having the dining room closed. Cool. But to utilize drive thru and not make sure everything is correct in the bag. I have to get out of the car to bang on the door. For a poor young man to help me out getting the missing food from my order. He then gets yelled at by the manager because she don’t wanna help me-whoever she was she was on duty at 8:30pm. Ridiculous! Then when I get my food. Get home. And BOTH of my quarters are raw!! Yall don’t cook your burger meat !????? Tryna make people sick too. That’s wild. I want corporates number!!

It is imperative that McDonald’s Sumter location on Broad and Peach Orchard address the unacceptable service provided to customers. The establishment consistently fails to meet the basic standards of customer service, resulting in numerous instances of forgotten orders and cold food. Notably, I experienced a one-hour wait for my drive-thru order, which included a children’s meal and two adult meals, yet the order was incorrect. The managers attitude is very nasty. It’s quite sad. Particularly the one working 6/8 close to noon feeling the need to stand over the worker sitting at the drive thru window to shove food out. I hope she has a better day. Probably won’t be back there again.

I accidentally placed a mobile order with this location, rather than the one closer to work. I realized it too late. That is my fault. But, I spent over an hour trying to call them to cancel the order, and NO ONE answered the phone. I have had zero issues with the food, but no one takes responsibility to answer the phone, unless their number is listed incorrectly.
