“Great food great service”

I think they have two people working in this location and neither one does anything but stand around. Took 20 minutes to get food and service is non existent. They are all rude and just slow. Sad to see that the world is acceptable of this now

If I could give 0 stars I would. Told us to pull up after ordering and paying waited almost 20 mins. Had to go inside to get my food told them I was waiting for 10 just to be nice and they were being rude denying it was 10 mins when really it was 20.. they completely forgot about us and dont give a shit about their customers. Don't come here, save your money and your time.

I love the location in Sumter, clean every time I visit, and staff courteous. Got my Frosty Jr key tag for 2026. That's not going to help me kick this sugar fix though.

The worst Wendys we've ever been to. Terrible customer service. They're loud, unfriendly, and seem to be bothered when taking your order. The dining area is dirty. Especially the soda and condiment area. Dirty tables. Tons of people behind the counter talking and hanging out when they could be cleaning. Food was okay.
