7 o'clock hour on a Saturday, we placed an order for portal pick up. It wasn't ready in time, but that's ok, there were many factors as to why. The woman working the front counter was amazing. She was obviously hearing impaired, but that didn't stop her. She put out more fires in the 10 minutes I was there than I do all day with customers. I didn't care that my order was late, watching her take care of everyone and get those pizzas out the door needs more recognition, and I hope she gets it.

Horrible. Always forget my sauce and you will ALWAYS wait double time. It took 20 minutes for two breadsticks, I drove all the way home and then realized they forgot my ranch. They are slow and not just physically. It says on the bag “ranch” and you PAY EXTRA FOR IT and they will STILL forget it. This only happens to me at the sun prairie location.

Ordered here a few times & we like the prices & usually the delivery times. Had them leave the order on my porch but they forgot one of my pizzas. I called the customer service number to see about getting my pizza and they said I had to re-order. They refunded the full order price, but in reordering the single pizza an $11 pizza was going to end up costing over $20 with all the fees and require another 40 minute wait. I realize it's corporate process, but it's a really poor experience.

I havent gotten my food yet, and I have waited 45 min past the time my online order was supposed to be ready, but I am so impressed with the 3 ladies here. They are working so hard despite many technical difficulties, and I really appreciate their efforts.
