We were pulled in by the charming look of this restaurant from the outside. There were pros and cons. 1. The service was great. Our server was kind and helpful. He even brought our baby fruit. It was sweet. 2. Atmosphere was nice. It's what pulled us in. There were seats facing the ocean that looked really fun to watch the beach from. 3. Food presentation was excellent! 4. The food did not taste like we hoped. We ordered the chicken tacos, old bay shrimp, and burger. Unfortunately, we did not like any of it. Our baby loved the fruit though!

Excellent meal and servers. We reserved the rum Room and that was unique in that the decor on walls was expensive rum bottles from around the world. The food and drinks were excellent with happy servers. The Grouper was the best fish we had at the table. The oysters were great too.

We went to Burlock for the first time. The reason we picked Burlock was due to our expectation that would be upscale and we would receive excellent service. To our disappointment, our server provided minimal and sub-standard service! He did not greet us when he first came to the table to take our water preference order. We later ordered drinks and appetizers. Appetizers came but drinks did not. The server did not come to check on the food and did not bring our drinks. We had to flag someone else to find out about our drinks and that gentleman informed us that somehow the drink tickets never ma
