New to the area as of 3/26. I've been to this restaurant now 3 times. Each time I ordered the same appetizer, (tempura avacado) & twice I've ordered the tempura cheesecake. Staff is friendly, service is good, portion size to price is fair. The one thing this restaurant lacks is consistency. The 1st avocado appetizer was amazing! Everything warm & the flavors all melting together. Its why I keep ordering it, hoping to get that 1st experience back. Hasn't happened. Same with the tempura cheesecake. I kind of don't want to post this review because the word will get out and it will be impossible to get a table anymore lol Not a bad problem to have. You must get the Scallops Dynamite! It takes 20 minutes but it's SO worth it and you'll wonder what took you so long to try something new. If Chris is your server; you will be more than happy. This was my first time trying their sushi, and overall it was a great experience that’s why I’m giving it four stars. The menu has a decent selection of items, but since I’m a bit picky, my go-to choices are usually something simple like a California roll or shrimp roll. For my first visit, I ordered a shrimp tempura roll for takeout, and it did not disappoint! The roll was huge six hearty pieces that filled me up completely. It was flavorful, fresh, and definitely hit the spot. I really enjoyed it and would recommend this roll to anyone looking for something satisfying. I’d definitely come
