Food flavor and variety are great and I love that their bread comes from local sources. Customer service? Mid. My first visit was a great experience, but every time after that, when I’ve interacted with a white woman with long dark hair and black glasses, she comes off rushed, short, and cold. It honestly feels like I’m inconveniencing her just by coming in to spend money. Those interactions alone make me not want to come back.

Hands down my favorite spot in Tacoma, the people who work here are friendly and inviting, the atmosphere is chill and laid back, and the soup is ridiculous. My only complaint is that Yankee Pot Roast isn't available daily. I have an alarm set to check their daily menu on FB and every time I see Yankee Pot Roast we make the 30 min drive. All their soups are delicious, but the Pot Roast just hits different. Definitely worth the stop.

Incredible family run soup shop, easily the best soup I've ever had. Samples on request. I had the chicken tortellini and the chicken chili, both incredible and paired well with the bread, which wasn't anything special, but still good bread for the soup. Excited to try all their other soup options!

It was our first visit to infinite soups. On the upside the chicken pozole and corn chowder where pretty good but on the downside the workers where pretty rude. Didn't welcome us in or give us any recommendations or even say anything at all. They literally just pushed the menu towards us and told us the total after we ordered.
