I ordered Cachapa with Guayanés. I asked before ordering: It fresh? Paola said: Sincevyhis morning. It was 1:29 pm. What Ivreceived was a caramelized cream of corn full of sugar, hard, filled with something like guayanés cheese, topped with a tasteless shredded white cheese. The coffee was decent. I would say to this people : respecttthe clients. Respect the Venezuelan food.

I had an Uber pick up in the mall location, I called and asked if they are in the food court and the young man said yes. I was looking and nothing. After asking a couple of people, I found it. I asked why tell me your in the food court if you are not the response from both of them is not my job to do your job and he continued being rude. I'm picking up for a paying customer. This whole situation was handled very unprofessionally and neither had any good customer service. I asked for their names and they refused , I asked for a District manager number and they both refused.

Chicken empanada is very greasy and their one size orange juice was $8. That’s more than a rip off if you ask me !
